Carefully, You should read the terms and conditions from Wiloke.com. By purchasing, download you agree to our terms and condition. If you do not agree to this terms we won’t take it personally, but please do not use our product.

1. Who we will do support.

  • We help and support who has bought Wiloke’s Products from Envato market and Wiloke.com site.
  • We answer any pre-buy-questions who has bought or had not bought Wiloke’s Products.

2. What we will do support.

  • We help customers solve problems/issues ( functionality ) that we advertise and not working on the customer’s side
  • We help customers do import sample data
  • We help customers start using the basic steps of Wiloke’s Product
  • We help customers update Wiloke’s Product to the newest version

3. Support Time

  • Support requests are being processed on business days from 8:00 to 18:00 / Monday -> Satuday ( GMT +7 )

4. Where Can You Get a Support

  • We spent most priority to help in our help center https://wiloke.com/support/. Please, make sure that you’ve studied the Wiloke’s Products document manual and referred to the knowledgebase before submitting a support ticket. We cannot take any responsibility for damages caused by crucial information leaks.
  • The method Live-Support, chat and work with us via Skype is only for paid-services

5. Membership

5.1. Age: You need to be 18 years or over to become a member or to buy items. If you’re under 18 you will need to get a parent or guardian to buy items or use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age, with their permission, and this adult will be responsible for all your activities.

5.2. Wiloke Account: When you become a member you get an Wiloke Market account that is accessible from any of our wiloke.com site (and is also your Wiloke account for other Wiloke services). Your membership will allow you to ‘buy’ (license) items from us, participate in our online forums.

5.3. Your responsibility: You promise that information you give us is true, accurate and complete and, if you sign up for an wiloke.com account, that you will keep your account information up-to-date (including a current email address). Your membership is not transferable, that means you cannot sell your account. You are responsible for any use of the wiloke.com including any activity that occurs in conjunction with your username and password, if you have an wiloke.com accoun, so keep your password secure and don’t let any other person use your username or password. If you realise there’s any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security you need to let us know immediately. You must not use a virtual private network or VPN or any other means to avoid compliance with these terms and conditions, or for any fraudulent or illegal reasons.It is important that you understand your responsibilities as a member of our community so please take the time to review this section and the Wiloke Terms carefully.

6. Disclaimer

  • Please do not forget that all our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Refund

Item is “not as described”

An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview so you should expect the author to “tell it like it is” when it comes to the features and functionality of items. If it turns out the item is “not as described” you will be entitled to a refund.

Item doesn’t work the way it should

If an item doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed you are entitled to a refund of the item. This includes situations where the item has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you’d known about the problem in the first place. If the item can be fixed, then the author is required to do so promptly by updating the item otherwise you are entitled to a refund of that item.

Item has a security vulnerability

If an item contains a security vulnerability and can’t easily be fixed you are entitled to a refund of the item. If the item can be fixed, then the author should do so promptly by updating the item. If the item contains a security vulnerability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then you are entitled to a refund of that item.

Item support extension not used

If you purchase an item support extension and request a refund of that extension before your existing item support expires you are entitled to a refund of that item support extension.

Items that have not been downloaded

If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 3 months from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for refund. You will be required to provide the author of that item your purchase code in order for the author to verify your claim that you have not downloaded an item. Although we think 3 months is a reasonable time, depending on where you are located, you might have a longer period to claim a refund if you have purchased for personal use and haven’t downloaded the item.

Why a refund may not be given

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase under any circumstances.
  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
  • The item did not meet your expectations;
  • You simply change your mind;
  • You bought an item by mistake;
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • You ask for goodwill; 
  • If you purchased a Subscription product, We DO NOT agree a refund with one the following reason: I forgot to cancel it, I purchased it but I don’t use it

Build App Service 

  • No refunds will be given after 15 days from the initial purchase under any circumstances.
  • If you purchased Build App Service or a Product that included Build App Service and We ALREADY built App for you, We DO NOT provide a refund if you switch to another theme after that.
  • If you purchased Build App Service or a Product that included Build App Service and the App won’t work because your server issue – EG: Your server won’t support PHP 7.2, Your server won’t allow REST API request, We DO NOT provide a refund this case
  • If you purchased Build App Service or a Product that included Build App Service and the App does not approved because your App Content issue, We DO NOT provide a refund this case.   • If you purchased a Subscription product, We DO NOT agree a refund with one the following reason: I forgot to cancel it, I purchased it but I don’t use it
  • If you purchased Build App Service or a Product that included Build App Service and We can’t start to work on your App due to your site reasons like: Your website has been hacked and We have to wait for your backup to continue working on your site. 2. You still not complete the content data, and We have to wait for your content data. We DO NOT provide a refund this case.

7. Copyright Information

  • We DO NOT sale and DO NOT include stock photos in Wiloke package.
  • We deliver method to import, and you are solely responsible for the use of the photos, clipart, template.
  • All builtin template are created by us. We allow for buyer sell template on approved website only. We do not allow you selling on other website or use them for other purpose.
